Dining is a key part of the Vijitt experience, the responsibility for the cuisine at the resort is overseen by our experienced chef who with the Thai chefs develop a high standard of food quality and service, presented in a relaxed informal environment. There is a focus on organic foods with items coming from the resort’s own herb and vegetable gardens and the various fruit trees planted throughout the resort.
